TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All bookings must be confirmed 14 days prior to arrival
  • A minimum deposit of £15.00 per person per booking is required.
  • Once bookings have been accepted, and a deposit acknowledged, then such deposits are not refundable.
  • 4 : Rooms are available from 2 pm on day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
  • Unless you have made prior arrangements, rooms are held until 6pm only on day of arrival.
  • If for any reason you have to cancel please phone as soon as you know. If you do not cancel and then fail to arrive you will be legally liable, and charged the full cost of your holiday, less food and cleaning charges.
  • Evening meal is at 5pm , Sunday dinner at 2pm.
  • Please note evening meal is not available for arrivals on Friday of Bank Holiday weekends or illumination Fridays.
  • All meals are set at pre- arranged times and no allowance for meals not taken can be given.
  • All meals are based on a pre- arranged, menu. If you have any special diet (eg vegetarian. etc),please tell us when confirming 14 days before arrival so that we can arrange something more suitable.
  • Children aged under 12 at time of arrival are half price,and smaller meals will be provided.
  • Please note that you are requested not to bring food onto the premises (e.g –fish and chips).
  • Please note our safety regulations – children are not allowed to run or play on stairways.
  • Residents only allowed on the premises
  • However we are sorry we do not cater for Stag parties or Hen party group bookings and we do not take same sex bookings for 4 or more. Customer Service
